Two kinds of message change what appears on this site. The first is a terms change: a welcome offer that no longer matches the ceiling we publish, a wagering multiplier that has moved, a POLi option that has disappeared from the cashier. The second is a payout that took longer than the window we list. In both cases give us the brand, the date and the amount in AUD, and a screenshot of the cashier screen if you have one. That is enough for us to re-fund the account and re-time the request ourselves.
